She would never have to find out…

She closed her eyes and took a deep breath in.It was finally that moment that she had been waiting for for a while now.

It had taken a long time, but the moment was finally here now.

She thought back to every moment, every problem, every situation that she had had to face over the years. As hard as it had been each time, she had stuck through. She had managed to not get distracted or let herself give up. She had stuck up for what she believed in.

And today, it was finally time for her to reap the benefits for all her hard work.

She had for a while truly believed that this day would never come. She had truly been afraid that despite all the hard work, it might not work out the way she wanted it to. She had always been scared that the worst case scenario would come true. But in her life, she had never been happier to be proved wrong.

She had to admit, she couldn’t have done this by herself.

Everyone that had supported her, believed in her, they had all been her pillar of support.

None more than him though.

He had stuck with her the whole time. He had believed that she would work it out in the end. He had always known that it would turn out exactly the way it had.

And he had been right.

Five years later, here she was. In a white dress waiting for her cue to walk down the aisle. She knew that the minute she turned the corner, she would catch sight of him. Standing at the end of the aisle, all dressed up and waiting to marry her. She couldn’t wait to see his face.

Even now, waiting for her moment, the only thing in her mind, in front of her eyes, it was him, his face, his smile, the love he always had for her.

She didn’t know who she’d be without him, but she was glad she would never have to find out! She would never have to find out…
